Companionship & Respite Support
Our companion care services provide meaningful social interaction, emotional support, and engagement to improve overall well-being. We also offer respite care and overnight supervision, giving family caregivers peace of mind and the opportunity to rest while their loved ones receive attentive, reliable care.
Specialized & Faith-Based Care
We go beyond traditional homecare by offering spiritual support services such as prayer, Bible study, and in-home fellowship for those who desire it. Our team also provides cosmetic and comfort care services—including facials, pedicures, and personal grooming—to promote dignity, confidence, and holistic well-being.

Meet the Founder
Vanessa L. Castro, LPN, is the Owner, Founder, and Director of Healing Hands Homecare & Ministries. With over 20 years of experience in the medical field, she has worked in emergency care, trauma rehabilitation, long-term care, and home health. Her passion for caregiving began early while caring for her grandmother, shaping a lifelong commitment to serving others.
As both a dedicated nurse and a resilient single mother, Vanessa brings a deeply personal and compassionate approach to care. She is also actively involved in ministry, serving through community outreach and evangelism. Her vision is to provide care that reflects dignity, love, and faith—serving others as if serving the Lord.
